ATV safety
RESOLVED, The Kansas Medical Society supports public policies which promote ATV safety and operation, including appropriate licensure for all operators, regulations which promote ATV park safety, mandatory safety helmet and protective gear usage, mandatory safety instruction for all ATV operators, and enhanced safety design of the vehicles to improve rider protection.
