Mid-level practitioners
RESOLVED, That KMS encourage physicians to follow the Guidelines in their supervisory, collaborative and other working relationships with mid-level practitioners; and be it further
RESOLVED, That KMS encourage institutions which conduct mid-level practitioner training programs to involve physicians in the development of curriculum and training of such practitioners; and be it further
RESOLVED, That physicians who collaborate with, supervise or sponsor mid-level practitioners assure that such practitioners are identified by their legally authorized title to patients and staff.
