Payment arrangements between physicians and patients
RESOLVED, That it is the policy of the Kansas Medical Society that payment arrangements between physicians and uninsured or financial hardship patients is strictly a matter between physician and patient, and such charge arrangements should have no bearing on a physician’s usual charge profile with insurers and payors.
