RESOLVED, That the Kansas Medical Society supports expansion of the Early Detection Works program to cover all eligible individuals who qualify for the program under the federal income guidelines; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the KMS encourages physicians to work with their local medical facilities in urging their participation in the Early Detection Works program; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, in conjunction with participating facilities, develop and conduct an educational campaign designed to raise awareness in the public and among health care providers of the Early Detection Works program; and be it further    

RESOLVED, That the Kansas Medical Society encourages physicians providing care to low-income, uninsured, and underserved women to support the medical facilities in which they practice to become Early Detection Works participating facilities.
