Limiting charges under Medicare
RESOLVED, That the Kansas Medical Society call upon the Kansas Congressional Delegation to support legislation to remove limiting charges for physician services under Medicare; and to preempt state laws limiting charges for physician services; and be it further
RESOLVED, That the Kansas Medical Society will carry to the 2008 Annual Meeting of the House of Delegates of the American Medical Association a resolution to immediately call on Congress for the removal of limiting charges for physician services under Medicare and preemption of state laws limiting charges for physician services.
