SB 113: Sale of KU Hospital
Description
- The bill allows for the sale of KU Hospital for no less than $660 million and outlines statutory responsibilities for the buyer to comply with certain liabilities, debts and duties as well as a requirement that any purchaser maintain charitable medical services. Deposits sale proceeds into the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System.
