Provides that each Board of Education shall provide an education program on human sexuality emphasizing abstinence, provides information on STDs, pregnancy prevention, relationships, human maturation and decision making. The bill also outlines the training of school employees, curriculum development guidelines and expectations for the dissemination information, parental education and parental opt-out stipulations.
