SB 14: Kansas Uninsurable Health Insurance Plan

Description

  • Expands the criteria for eligibility to the Kansas Uninsurable Health Insurance Plan to include residents less than 19 years of age when individual coverage is unavailable in the county where the applicant resides. The bill also would raise the Plan’s maximum lifetime benefit from $2 million to $3 million for all enrollees.
