HB 2214: Human cloning
Description
- The bill would prohibit any state agency from expending state funds for human cloning. The bill does provide exceptions for research not specifically prohibited in the proposal and defines 'destructive research' and 'human somatic cell nuclear transfer' (i.e., human cloning).
