HB 2123: "I'm Sorry" legislation
Description
- This bill would make inadmissable in a legal proceeding, statements and acts by a health care provider expressing benevolence, regret, mistake, error, sympathy, apology, commiseration, condolence, compassion or a general sense of benevolence.
