Description

  • The bill would require a written prescription for medicines that are currently offered over-the-counter which contain pseudoephedrine (e.g., Sudafed, Claritin-D, Mucinex-D, etc.). Pseudoephedrine is a primary ingredient for the manufacture of methamphetamine.
