HB 2048: Prescription drug disposal
Description
- Bill requires the Kansas Board of Pharmacy to adopt rules and regulations governing the prescription drug disposal program that establishes standards and procedures for the acceptance and disposal of prescription drugs. Pharmacists would be required to document specific information regarding the donation and could be allowed to charge up to $5 per donor for the disposal of prescription drugs
