HB 2046: Health Care for Seniors Fund
Description
- Establishes the Health Care for Seniors Fund which shall be funded by a portion of lottery revenues and used for additional funding, above normal state funding, for health care programs, assistance and services for seniors. Senior is defined as a Kansas resident 60 years of age or older.
