We may collect and use personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail address, street address, telephone number and other information, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

KMS’ collection and storage of information about you depends, in part, on the page you are visiting, the activities in which you elect to participate and the services provided. What KMS does with the information it collects

KMS will use your information only as permitted by law. Aggregated information (information that does not personally identify you) may be used in many ways. As one example, we may combine information about your usage patterns with similar information obtained from other users to learn which pages are visited most or what features are most attractive. Aggregated information may occasionally be shared with KMS' advertisers and business partners.

KMS may collect personal information about you through various technologies for the purpose of enhancing your visit to this web site and to make the visit more efficient and productive. KMS may also use this information to respond to inquiries.

KMS does not sell your personally identifiable information to third parties. When you provide personally identifiable information to us, however, we may share it with our business partners and third-party contractors solely for the purpose of fulfilling your requests or offering our products and services.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, however, KMS reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as KMS determines, in its sole discretion, to be necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, governmental request, or business need or to avoid liability for KMS or any third party.

KMS reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time in its discretion and to notify users of any such changes solely by changing this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of kmsonline.org and its related sites after the posting of any amended Privacy Policy shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes.
